In using this website and making any purchases, you are deemed to have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Ethereal Practice (EP). “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and EP, or either the Customer or EP. “The Membership” refers to our membership subscription service, The Members’ Club. 

 

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the EP’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Canadian Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

Confidentiality

 

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by EP will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

 

Disclaimer

 

Exclusions and Limitations

 

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

 

·      excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature

·      excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

 

Ethereal Practice – The Members’ Club

 

What is it?

The Members’ Club is a network of courageous and self-truth-seeking women. As part of a paid for subscription, members are provided with access to a number of courses, activities and networking opportunities. The Members’ Club includes members from across the world and comprises of women and individuals who identify as women. 

Our aim is that through the use of our resources and with the support of our community, members will have the tools that they need to grow and develop themselves. 

 

What do you get?

The Members’ Club is a group membership with access to resources and community. When you subscribe to the membership, you’ll get access to a range of practices, course and resources such as:

·      Live events and workshops, delivered virtually

·      Virtual meetups and networking opportunities

·      Access to a community with a listing in our members’ directory

·      Co-working opportunities

 

Payment

 

Members can join The Members’ Club via a monthly or annual paid subscription. Members are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then, for monthly subscribers, every month thereafter on the same date each month. Annual subscribers are charged on the same date each year. You are required to ensure that your payment method stays up-to-date. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all our Ethereal Practice elements if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect payment.

 

If we are unable to process your membership payment successfully, our system will usually retry after 3 days using the existing payment method you added. We reserve the right to manually retry this payment(s) at any time on your existing payment method – or any new payment methods that you add to your account – to process any outstanding debts.

 

EP is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by Stripe or PayPal. For members making their monthly membership payment through Stripe or PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date. Should you cancel your membership with EP, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is cancelled with Stipe or PayPal directly to save any future payments being taken. EP does not accept payment in the form of cheques.

 

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

 

Trial Membership:
A trial membership is available for 14 days, after which it will transfer over to a standard membership. You may cancel your trial membership at any time by emailing our support team at [email protected], giving at least 3 DAYS NOTICE to cancel your account.

 

You must close your membership before your renewal date in order to prevent any charges on your account. EP does not offer refunds if the account is not closed in time. You can cancel your membership by clicking on your profile icon & ‘cancel membership’.

 

Standard Membership:
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing our support team on [email protected] giving 7 DAYS NOTICE to cancel your account.

 

As a new member, you may cancel your monthly membership and request a full refund within your first 14 days of joining the membership for the first time on a monthly membership only, this is our money-back guarantee. This excludes new members joining on an annual membership. Outside of your first 14 days, we don’t offer refunds, but you can still cancel your monthly membership at any time.

 

Existing or returning members, who have joined again, may cancel their membership via the same methods as mentioned above, however, payment will not be eligible for a refund, you will continue to have access to the membership until your cancellation takes effect on the day or so before your next billing date.

 

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel your membership at any time, meaning it will not renew after the initial 12 months. We do not offer refunds on annual membership subscriptions.

 

If you have signed up to the monthly membership subscription and would like to switch to an annual membership, we will be happy to help transfer this for you. Please allow at least 3 days prior to your monthly billing date for us to process the change from a monthly to annual membership in time. Switching from an annual membership to monthly membership is not possible during your first 12 months, however if at the end of your 12-month membership you would prefer to pay monthly instead, we can happily help you with this.

 

Conduct of Members

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.

 

We ask that all members in the Membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We are not responsible for the actions of any members, including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the membership.

 

Disclaimers

The aim of the Membership is to provide you with information and resources. Your journey is individual and personal to you and whilst the strategies and techniques that we provide have been tested, it is not intended that you will gain insight and enlightenment overnight. It is a process that takes time, dedication and continual practice.

 

EP makes no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique and their practices are unique to them. The aim is that by working through the resources, networking with community and taking advantage of all of the elements which the Membership has to offer, you will have new information, strategies and techniques to help create a successful individual practice.

 

From time to time, we will share testimonials from members. All information provided will be general information and guidance and will not be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within the Membership. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.

 

No content in this Membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention, you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately. No content within this Membership shall be construed as financial or legal advice. Should you need financial or legal support you should seek advice from a professional based in your jurisdiction.

 

From time to time, we may provide training and resources from third-party experts. Whilst these experts are carefully selected, we provide no guarantees or representation that the information that third-party experts provide is accurate. Should you wish to work with an expert whom you are introduced to via the Membership, then you do so at your own risk and you should complete your own due diligence. We provide no representations or warranties in respect of any experts. Should there be a referral or commission agreement in place with any experts that will be transparently disclosed. 

 

Intellectual Property

All products and materials within the Membership will always remain the property of the company and are not to be reproduced or distributed. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, however, you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all our copyrights.

 

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in the delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

 

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.

 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

 

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

 

Courses:
The Company, from time to time, provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale separately to the membership. By purchasing these products, you are given immediate lifetime access to all the content for our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.

 

By ordering our Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

 

No refunds are given for a Course you have ordered, as you shall be immediately granted instant lifetime access to the course materials, and we cannot reverse this access. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. Product Bundles:
Upon cancellation, any bundle purchase combining any of our subscription products must be cancelled in full, even in the event you may want to keep only one of the subscriptions. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
